  • This Atlantis update contains the following new features and enhancements.
     
  • The number of Activities has been increased from 6 to 13.
     
  • Two additional phone number fields have been added to the Owner Info tab.The field names are user definable. Recommended names are Cellular and Other Work.
     
  • Multiple Day Care/Service appointments can be instantly made by bringing up the pop up calendar and clicking on all of the dates desired. An additional method is to select days of the week and select a starting and ending date.
     
  • Multiple Grooming appointments can be instantly made based upon the pets schedule.  While you make as many as you'd like the default is for the next six (6) appointments.
     
  • The Retail figure on the Charges Subtotals reports previously included both retail and services that were entered as charges in the Retail column. These figures are now listed separately on these reports.
     
  • Standard and Itemized Grooming Charge categories have been modified so that you can set a different commission percentage for each category. In addition, you also have the option to set a flat rate for each of these categories.
     
  • Individual services and retail items in the Inventory section can have  a commission percentage or a flat rate commission.
     
  • Commissions report that itemizes in detail and totals groomers and sales agents commissions.  Can be run for any date range.
     
  • Currently In House Report lists all pets that are checked in at the time the report is run.  This reports has separate headings for Boarding, Grooming, and Day Service pets. Report can be run in Run Number (default) or Alphabetical order.
     
  • Medication fields have been increased in length from 30 to 50 characters.
     
  • Client Remarks field and Owner Comments field have both been increased in length by 50 percent.
     
  • Referral field has been increased from 9 to 15 characters.
     
  • Emergency Contact field has been increased to 40 characters.
     
  • An additional user defined Contact field is available. It's also 40
    characters.
     
  • Activity field labels have been increased to 12 characters.
     
  • New Confidential tab in Client file showing credit card type, number and expiration date.  Owner Financial Info has also been moved to this tab. This area is password protected and uses the same password level as that required to erase a client.
     
  • Counters have been added to the Client file showing how many future Day Care and Grooming appointments a pet has.
     
  • Options have been added to 4 x 6 Run Cards to allow for printing in
    landscape as well as portrait.  The left margin can also be adjusted.
     
  • Password section now has a password level available for Regular (daily) Charge Reports in addition to Executive Charge Reports.
     
  • The ability to edit details in a checked out charge record now uses the same password level that enables you delete a checked out charge record.
     
  • The Detail by Day and Detail by Owner charge reports now itemize all charges instead of just column totals.
     
  • POS system now requires a user to be logged on at a certain password level in order to do a retail sale for a negative amount (i.e. returns/refunds).This password level is the same as that to Erase Active Charges.
     
  • When switching to Archive Appointments the Calendars on the icon bar are now switched to run from archives. Previously reports on archives could only be run from the reports section.
     
  • For those facilities operating multiple locations using the same data files (i.e. drop off depots) you now have the ability to run reports for an individual location in addition to having  reports sorted by location.
     
  • The following two corrections have also been included in this update:
     
  • Corrected the accidental changing of a client's last name and corrected the occasional activity access violation error message which occurred after a previous appointment had "other" selected for a frequency.
